SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

All apparel purchased to be shipped will be sent out USPS unless otherwise noted. Items will be shipped within 3 business days of purchase unless item is a preorder. If for some reason a 3 business day turn around cannot be met, Janell will notify you.

Return & Exchange Policy

Customers may return items for exchange or credit within 2 weeks of receipt of merchandise as long as it is not a clearance or preordered item. Customer must notify Janell of the issue so we can work for a replacement within those 2 weeks or exchange/credit will not be honored via Facebook messenger or email janell@sweetelaineboutique.com.

Customer should keep original packaging and mail back to the boutique via USPS. Once garment is received, credit will be issued via email with a credit code to be used for the next purchase. Any questions about the return/exchange policy can be asked directly via email: janell@sweetelaineboutique.com

If item is defective, a REFUND will be issued.

Any item purchased on CLEARANCE is a final sale. No returns are accepted unless the garment is defective.

Any item purchased as a preorder is a FINAL SALE. Preorders may not be returned or exchanged.
